Not for everyone — and that’s the point.
Really hard. The first people to drop out are usually the ones who write “fast learner” and “stress-resistant” on their résumés. We run a pressure-tested system for brains. Out of everyone who passes the test task, interviews, and culture check, only about a third make it through the probation period (1–3 months). But those who stay? They grow fast. And after a year, they become monsters — in the best way.
No hierarchy. Except for one.
There are no bosses here. No title games. The only hierarchy we respect is professional. A project manager can talk to a designer about timelines — but not about design. A designer doesn’t step into the manager’s role either. The art director? They’re the only one allowed to touch the work.
How to reach out
Start with something real. Tell us who you are, what you’ve built, and why it matters. We don’t have a team dedicated to answering every email — so if you don’t hear from us, take it as a no. If we reply, you’ll know what to do next.
If you’re switching jobs
We value loyalty and responsibility — both to your future team and your past one. If you reach out, we assume you’ll close the chapter with your current employer properly. That’s the level of care we expect from everyone at VESNA.
Who we’re looking for
We hire people, not positions. If you send us a generic CV or a mass email — we won’t respond. We look for individuals who’ve made a conscious choice to be here. We don’t hire for a month or a year. We hire for the long haul — and we’ve built the foundation for that kind of commitment.
